AbstractThere are so many studies on the company's market value. However, most do not verify macroeconomic effect certain industries. Research as moderators in increasing value is still limited also. Therefore, macroeconomics (interest rates) presented this study a moderator to examine of company growth (increased sales) and financial performance (ROA) company’s (PBV). It expected provide additional information individuals, lecturers, business actors how increase what factors must be considered it. The population all go-public companies, samples manufacturing companies-textile garment sub-sectors during 2015-2020. Multiple linear regression SPSS used data analysis technique. results imply that sales has no influence PBV. Even though interest rates have been presented, it can’t strengthen increased ROA influences after presenting rates, turns out weaken level This result shows can moderate connection value.AbstrakTerdapat banyak penelitian terdahulu tentang nilai pasar perusahaan.
